Okay, so I know you've probably seen posts all over social media on how it's a new month and a new opportunity to accomplish your goals. But what about a new day or a new week? I'm here to challenge you to make and accomplish those goals on a daily and weekly basis, not just monthly and annually.

New Month

Revisit any goals you didn't accomplish from the previous year, and revise your plan or task analysis to accomplish it. For the goals that you did accomplish, revisit those as well, and revamp your process to make the goal bigger and better to accomplish those annual, quarterly, bi-annual, and lifelong goals!

New Week

Use the revamping of your goals (not only for weekly), as an opportunity to improve your time management skills. As I develop new goals to accomplish, I revamp my schedule to make sure I provide myself specific times of each day to work towards accomplishing those goals. But be sure to include time for you to have time to yourself on the daily.

If you're looking for resources and tools to help you accomplish your goals, check out @TheAcademicSociety and @Blkingradschool, and research other academic/professional social media influencers that provide a breakdown, videos, challenges, and templates for you to utilize for success.

New Day

Tomorrow is a new day with new goals, regardless of big or small, so write your daily goals down, along with a to-do list in order to accomplish those goals you've set for your self. This can be applied to weekly, monthly, and annual goals you've set for yourself as well. To provide some guidance, check out the blog's Task Analysis post to gain more understanding on how to break those big goals down into smaller, more achievable goals in order to achieve the big goal.

I wanted to keep this post, short and to the point, but I hope it helps with accomplishing your goals, regardless if it's daily, weekly, monthly, or annual.
